Customs

Our organization is accredited as being an “official customs agent” since 1961 for all Belgian customs controlled locations.
We are also able to fulfill all customs formalities in the main Dutch ports such as Rotterdam and Vlissingen.
We exclusively operate under the stringent AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) and ISO 9001 – 2005 procedures.

We are able to fulfill practically all existing customs formalities but we specialize in:

• IMPORTS : direct fiscal representation – all types of goods except for tobacco and strong alcoholic beverages.
• EXPORTS : all types of goods except for tobacco and strong alcoholic beverages
• TRANSIT : same as above
• FAVV/AFSCA : clearance of all products destined for human or animal consumption.

We exclusively operate with our own team of regularly trained customs operators and we equally dispose of our
own key staff who assist on a daily basis the customs officials during clearances whereas physical inspections are required.
